Clients include both private and public sector clients from a range of sectors. 

During the past 25 years I have (either as an individual or as Senior Consultant with the Cranfield Marketing Planning Centre at Cranfield University) run strategic marketing planning, key account management, strategic risk management, information skills and customer relationship management workshops (usually one or three days duration) as part of consultancy projects in 18 different countries for over 50 large organizations including:De Beers, Aqualisa, BP, Shell, Mobil, Oxford University Press, Pirelli, C&A, Remploy, Barclaycard, Alfa Laval, Norwich Union, Carillion, Office World, Calsonic, Hagglunds,  IMS Research, Proton Lotus Cars, Linklaters, Cranfield Management Development Centre,Huntsman, StreamServe, ICI, Marlborough Stirling, Swiss Re, Cambridge Water Company, GSP, DLA Piper Rudnick, Freshfields.  In addition to private sector companies I have also undertaken consultancy and workshops for professional and public sector bodies such as the Law Society, HM Treasury, Defence Industry Research Establishment, Department of Trade and Industry, Yorkshire Museums Libraries and Archives Council (YMLAC), Women’s Royal Voluntary Service (WRVS), OFCOM, Lanarkshire Health Trust, NUI Limerick, NUI Galway, NUI Maynooth,  VSE Prague, Tower Hamlets council and regional Workforce Development bodies of the NHS (e.g South West, Staffordshire, South East). 

I have undertaken marketing planning related workshops and consultancy for a number of public library authorities including Cambridgeshire, London Borough of Newham, Corporation of London (City Business Library), Northamptonshire, West Sussex, West Lothian, Vale of Glamorgan, Lincolnshire and Hertfordshire.
